About the event

Forget the PowerPoint. Focus on the Person.

In the CAF and DND, we’re trained for every mission—except the one that happens in the breakroom, the office, or the mess when a colleague says, "I was a victim of sexual violence." Do you know how to react? Most don't. But on April 17th, that changes.

The Front-Line Workshop (FLW) isn’t your standard mandatory briefing. It’s a one-day, high-impact intensive where we strip away the uniforms, the ranks, and the titles to get down to what actually works: Survivor-centred support that sticks.
