When SPCG was founded in 2021 by survivors of military sexual trauma, we aimed to transform the CAF. Last year, we were invited to Brussels to support Ukraine's defence sector gender reform; a reminder that survivor-centred approaches to military culture change are strategic imperatives, not peripheral concerns.
