About the event
The Mission: Real Support, Real Change
In the CAF and DND, we are trained for every mission—except the one that happens when a colleague says, "I was a victim of sexual violence." Most of us want to help, but we feel unprepared. The Front-Line Workshop (FLW) is a one-day, survivor-led intensive designed to move you from feeling "helpless" to feeling "equipped." We leave the uniforms and ranks at the door to focus on what actually works: Survivor-centred support that sticks.
