The Full Story
About
Generation Rising equips young people to lead positive change within their peer groups. It builds confidence in real-world and digital consent, strengthens supportive bystander skills, and challenges limiting social pressures. Instead of focusing on compliance, Generation Rising empowers youth to support one another and shape healthier team, school, and cadet cultures.
This isn’t awareness training — it’s culture-building.

Mission
Today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders. Generation Rising recognizes that culture is shaped early — not by policies alone, but by the everyday actions and influence of peers. This program supports young people in understanding that they are not required to conform to narrow or unrealistic roles often reinforced by media or social pressure. Instead, it affirms that leadership can take many forms, and that belonging does not require fitting into a prescribed box
Vision
The program aims to equip young people not only to contribute to healthier environments within military or cadet contexts, but across all areas of their lives. By embedding leadership, accountability, and peer support early, Generation Rising seeks to influence how future leaders shape the teams, workplaces, and communities they become part of.
Ultimately, the goal is to help youth build cultures where respect is expected, accountability is normal, and leadership is demonstrated consistently — both in public and in private.
